Lid Operation
Burn Risk To avoid severe burns:

.To avoid personal injury or equipment damage, stop using the fryer and call service if lid become difficult to operate. |
Lower the handle before attempting to raise the lid, or damage to the lid could result. |
To close lid:

Lower the lid until latch comes into contact with the vat and lock the lid in place with the lid latch.

Pull lid handle forward until it stops.

Lift up on the lid handle until it stops.

Bring lid handle out towards you until it stops.

Push lid handle down, locking lid in place.
To open lid:

Gently raise handle until it stops.
-
Push handle back until it stops.
-
Lower handle.
-
Push handle back.
-
Unlatch the front lid latch.
