Cleaning LED Light

Use the following instructions to clean the LED light.

Only perform this procedure when the unit is cool or severe burns may result.

  1. Turn off the holding cabinet.

  2. Disconnect the electrical supply to the cabinet.

  3. Remove air duct from holding cabinet.

  4. Loosen screw next to the tube, leave screw in cabinet, and remove tube from clamp.

    5. Important: Do not remove LED strip to clean. Leave LED strip inside the tube.

  5. Use soft cloth dipped in cleaning agent to wipe the tube back and forth, then wash the cloth to remove any remaining cleaning agent from the tube.

    6. Do not allow water to splash onto the two plastic joints. Water exposure may cause damage or malfunction.

  6. Check that the plastic cap is tight.

  7. Place clamp over tube and tighten the screw.

  8. Insert the air duct into cabinet.

  9. Return cabinet to service.
