Due to lower thermostat temperature setting, this unit has been designed to hold NON-TIME/TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR SAFETY FOOD ONLY. This unit will NOT hold time/temperature control for safety foods.

  1. Turn power switch to the ON position.

  2. After a sequence of codes the display shows the time of day, or “ON”.

Press and hold the TEMP button to view the actual temperature of the unit.
