Operating the Timer

Not all timer settings will be the same for each store. Consult with the store manager to confirm what product is set to each timer.

This section describes how to operate the timer while in the idle mode setting.

1. Press the timer button that is set for what product is being cooked.

2. The timer will start at the preset time and will start counting down. The display that the timer is running will be light green.

3. Once the time has expired, the timer will beep. The display and green light will flash. This will start the drop timer. Press the timer button next to the flashing display to cancel the beeping. The display will now read “DROP” and alternate between this screen and the descending time.

4. Once the drop timer has expired, the green light turns off and the display will read”XXXX” while beeping. Press the timer button next to the flashing display to turn off alarm. Once a timer has completely expired, that display will return to idle mode and will be ready for the next session.

5. A countdown may be canceled at any moment by pressing the timer button next to the display for approximatly three (3) seconds.
