Assembling the ODS 100

1. Clean threads (ex:laquer thinner and brush) and then apply Teflon tape or pipe sealant to pipe connections as shown.

   

2. Attach handle to pump.

   

3. Bolt bracket to handle with bolts provided and slide pump and tube assembly through square tubes.

   

4. Lube tube with clean oil and slide tube through grommet and into the tank.

5. Push tube to bottom of tank.

   

6. Insert thumb screw into bracket and tighten tube in bracket.

   

7. Take black pipe assembly and attach to top of pump as shown using Teflon tape. Turn until tight and lined up as shown.

8. Attach the hose to the male and female fittings on top of the tank.
