Cleaning the ODS 350

To avoid personal injury or damage to the shuttle, do not put water and/or cleaner inside the shuttle.

Note: The ODS 350 can be safely used for draining water from the fryer. A drain in the back of the tank is used to drain the water.

1. Daily, remove the crumb catcher and take it to a sink and clean with soap and water.

2. Clean the exterior of the shuttle with a soft cloth and soap and water.

   It’s not necessary to clean the interior of the unit, but if desired it can be wiped down with paper towels.
