Assembling the ODS 460

Heavy Object Take care when moving the shuttle components to prevent personal injury. The shuttle weighs: 78 lbs (35 kg).

1. Open the shipping carton, and then remove the handle, hose, extension power cord, and hardware.

2. With help, remove the ODS unit from the shipping carton.

3. Using nuts and bolts provided, attach handle to handle bracket on top of oil tank, and then tighten to secure.

   

4. Using white pipe thread sealant, thread the threaded end of the hose into the top of the oil pump, and then tighten to seal.

5. Attach the quick disconnect end of the hose onto the oil tank's quick disconnect port.

6. Hang the extension power cord on the handle.

7. The shuttle works with multiple fryer models. Adjust the shuttle's sensor contactor accordingly, by removing the clevis pin, raising or lowering the sensor contactor, and then reinserting the clevis pin.
