1 Filter Pan Assembly Oil is drained into this pan and then is pumped through filters to help prolong the use of the oil.
2 Power Switch Turns power on to the vat. One per vat.
3 Control Used to control fryer functions.
4 Large Basket Each vat accommodates 1 large basket.
5 Quick Disconnect Connection for front oil disposal.
6 Oil Reservoir Used to hold oil for the Automatic Top-Off feature, it should be filled multiple times a day.
