Daily Cleaning Behind Fryer

To avoid burns, do not move the fryer while containing hot oil.

Only perform this procedure when the unit is cool or severe burns may result.

To avoid personal injury, the appliances must be disconnected from their power supply during cleaning or maintenance.

Regular daily cleaning behind the fryer is important to remove oil accumulation and debris.

  1. Ensure the power is OFF.

  2. Place the vat cover over the vat to keep oil from splashing out of the vat.

  3. Carefully roll the fryer forward.

  4. Remove all oil accumulation and debris from behind the fryer.

  5. Gently roll the fryer back into position to avoid oil splashing.
