Daily Cleaning Procedure for AutoLift Assembly
To clean the AutoLift assembly on a Henny Penny fryer do the following.

Only perform this procedure when the unit is cool or severe burns may result. |

Burn Risk To avoid burns, use PPE when filtering oil or cleaning vat.

Use the AutoLift control to lower the lift arms to the bottom position.
- Turn Off and Cool Down:

Ensure the fryer is turned off and has cooled down to a safe temperature before cleaning.

Remove the baskets and set them aside for separate cleaning.
- Wipe Down the Lift Arms:

Use a clean, damp cloth with a mild food-safe degreaser or soapy water.

Wipe down the lift arms and surrounding areas to remove oil splatter and food debris.

Use a dry cloth to remove any moisture from the lift arms.
- Sanitize (Optional):

If required by your food safety protocol, apply a food-safe sanitizer to the cleaned surfaces.
NOTE: Ensure degreaser and other contaminates do not drip in oil.
