Manually Setting the Oil Age

NOTE: This function is not available for CFA Hybrid controls.

  1. Turn the COOK/PUMP switch to OFF.

  2. Press and hold Product button 5 while turning the COOK/PUMP switch to COOK, until “IS OIL NEW OR USED?” displays.

  3. Press Product button 4 for new peanut oil, or Product button 5 for used peanut oil.

  4. If Product button 4 was pressed, “OIL IS NEW?” shows in the display. Press Product button 1 for YES, and “THANK YOU” displays, and controls resume normal operation.

  5. If Product button 5 was pressed, “OIL IS USED?” displays.

  6. Press Product button 1 for YES, and “HOW OLD IS OIL?” displays.

  7. Press the Up and Down arrow buttons to set the age of the peanut oil.

  8. Press the Timer button. “THANK YOU” displays and controls resume normal operation.
