As in all food service equipment, the Henny Penny pressure fryer requires care and proper maintenance. The table below provides a summary of scheduled maintenance.

Changing of oil As required or when “CHANGE OIL SOON” displays
Checking crumb basket After each filtering
Changing the filter envelope Daily
Cleaning the vat. Upon installation and change of peanut oil
Cleaning the deadweight valve Daily
Cleaning exhaust tubes Daily
Night closing procedures. Daily
Check optional rinse hose for deterioration Weekly
Lubricating the lid Monthly
Reversing the lid gasket. Quarterly
