Leveling the Fryer

Burn Risk/Fire Risk To avoid personal injury or property damage, follow leveling instructions or overflow of oil may result.

For proper operation, level the fryer from side to side and front to back. Use a leveling tool on the flat areas around the vat, across the middle, and then use a crescent wrench to adjust the casters.
