C2000 Programming

NOTE: If “LOCK” shows in the display when trying to change the set-points or times, the controls must be unlocked before making changes. See C1000 Special Programming for unlocking procedures.

On C2000 control, you need to use the timer button to lock and unlock the control, not the arrow buttons as stated in C1000 Special Programming.

Changing Product Cook Times

  1. Hold the P (Program) button for 8 seconds until the cook times display.

  2. Press the up or down buttons on the left or right side to change the product cook times.

  3. Once the up or down buttons are released, the time is saved after 2 seconds.

  4. To reset cooking time to zero (default setting), press and release both the up and down buttons simultaneously.

Changing Temperature Set Point

  1. Press the P (Program) button until the flashing set-point temperature displays.

  2. Press the up or down buttons under the flashing display to change the set-point temperature. Press and hold the up or down button to change the set value in 5 degree increments.

  3. Once the up or down button are released, the set-point is saved after 2 seconds.

  4. To reset set-point temperature to 190° F / 114° C (default setting), press and hold both the up and down button simultaneously.
