Leveling the Fryer

For proper operation, level the fryer from side to side and front to back. Use a leveling tool on the flat areas around the vat collar, across the middle, and then use a crescent wrench to adjust the casters.

To avoid severe burns when pouring hot oil into vat, wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and take care to avoid splashing.

  1. Remove rear cover.

  2. Weight segments must be installed per instruction contained therein before attempting to unlatch lid.

  3. Roll unit off pallet onto ramp.

  4. Orient casters in sideways position.

  5. Raise side slightly and knock out two rubber pads (both sides).

  6. Pry off rails on either side.

  7. Prop up a ramp for each caster on the selected side.

  8. Remove the 5 accessories from the filter pan.

  9. Remove the weights from the pallet.
