Burner Operation

Lighting the Burner

  1. Turn POWER/PUMP switch to the OFF position.

  2. Rotate gas valve knob clockwise to the OFF position and wait at least five (5) minutes before continuing to next step.

  3. Rotate gas valve knob counter clockwise to the ON position.

  4. Place the electrical POWER/PUMP switch to POWER position.

    The burner will light until oil reaches a preset temperature.

  5. Press desired product button after temperature is displayed.

Shutting Down the Burner

  1. Turn POWER/PUMP switch to the OFF position.

  2. Rotate gas valve knob to the OFF position.
