Maintenance Schedule
As in all food service equipment, the Henny Penny open fryer does require care and proper maintenance. The table below provides a summary of scheduled maintenance procedures to be performed by the operator.

Cleaning the frypot (vat) | During oil change |
Wipe down the exterior | Daily |
Clean the caster wheels | Daily |
Inspect filter pan o-rings | Quarterly |
Inspect oil reservoir o-rings | Quarterly |
Schedule annual inspection | Annually - Contact distributor |
