Low or improper voltage

Compare receptacle voltage to data plate voltage

Product held too long

Hold product only for recommended times

Cabinet steaming product soggy Holding product too long Adjust vent

Too much humidity inside the cabinet

Hold product for recommended time

Vent not set properly (units with vent adjustment only) Adjust vent
Unit not reaching set temperature
