Daily Cleaning

Only perform this procedure when the unit is cool or severe burns may result.

Be careful not to cross the wires or thermostat will not operate properly.

NOTICE -

Do not use warped or bent trays.

As worn aluminum pans slide against the stainless steel rails, they can leave behind traces of aluminum dust or small shavings. It is important to perform daily cleaning to prevent aluminum dust/shavings from getting onto product being held in the cabinet.

NOTICE -

To avoid equipment damage, do not clean stainless steel with abrasive tools, abrasive cleaners or corrosive chemicals.

NOTICE -

To avoid component damage, do not use pressurized water or a steam cleaner to clean unit.
