Unpacking

Henny Penny Heated Merchandisers have been tested, inspected, and expertly packed to ensure arrival at its destination in the best possible condition.

Shock Hazard

To avoid property damage, do not puncture unit with tools during unpacking.

Heavy Object

Take care when moving the unit to prevent personal injury. The units weigh approximately 361lbs (164 kgs) -671 lbs (316 kgs).

NOTICE -

Any shipping damage should be noted in the presence of the delivery agent and signed prior to his or her departure. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard .

Removing from Carton

  1. Carefully cut banding strips.

  2. Open flaps of carton and remove packing.

  3. Lift carton off the unit.

  4. Remove four bolts mounting the merchandiser to the skid.

  5. If installing the unit on a merchandiser base, use existing bolts to mount unit.

  6. Unpack doors, cutting board, and pan supports, and install.

The heated merchandiser is now ready for location and setup.
