Cleaning
Only perform this procedure when the unit is cool or severe burns may result. |

To avoid equipment damage, do not clean stainless steel with abrasive tools, abrasive cleaners or corrosive chemicals. |

To avoid component damage, do not use pressurized water or a steam cleaner to clean unit. |

Move the POWER switch to the OFF position.

Disconnect the electrical supply to the unit.

Remove the drawers by pulling straight out and tilting up.

Clean drawers with a cloth and soapy water.

Clean the interior of the cabinet thoroughly with a cloth and soapy water.

Wipe down the exterior of the cabinet with a damp cloth. Avoid getting water in the area of the control panel.

Replace the drawers.

If the unit is to be left off, leave the drawers open two or three inches.
