Start-up

NOTICE -

Prior to use, thoroughly clean unit as described in Operator's Manual.

1. Turn the POWER switch to the ON position.

2. The display will show the time of day or “ON”.

   Press and hold the appropriate drawer button toview the actual temperature of the drawer.

3. When the temperature LED illuminates, the setpoint temperature has been reached and product can now be loaded into the drawer.
