Indicate a shelf’s temperature has reached or exceeded the High Limit maximum. Temperature is at or above 230F/110C for at least 1 second. |
The error locks the system, a screen pop-up displays, call Technical Support. |
E-60A |
I/O board losses communication |
Turn power off for 15 seconds, and then turn on. If recoverable continue, if not contact Technical Support. |
E-60B | Board loses communication with the control board. | Turn power off for 15 seconds, and then turn on. If recoverable, then continue operation. if not contact Technical Support. |
E-200 | I/O board SD card is missing or unable to read / write to SD card. | Can continue operation as used only for logging information but could hinder troubleshooting of issues. Contact Technical Support at your convenience. |
E-205 | Failure of the system to upload / download settings from a USB drive. | Try another USB drive. Contact Technical Support if needed. |
E-210 | Failure of one of the fans during start up or normal operation. | As long as at least one fan is running, can continue with operation. Contact Technical Support if needed. |
E-211 | Fan draws too much current of 4A for longer than 6ms (e.g., stalls). | As long as at least one fan is running, can continue with operation. Contact Technical Support if needed. |
E-216 | Shelf temperature is too cold. | Discard product in shelf. Check Power Cable. Contact Technical support |
E-220 | If the I/O board loses communication with both Display boards for more than 180 seconds, the system goes into a safe mode by turning off all heaters. | Turn power off for 15 seconds, and then turn on. If recoverable, then continue operation. if not contact discard product in shelfs and contact Technical Support. |
E-220A | If the I/O board senses the loss of network connectivity, the system goes into a safe mode by turning off all heaters. | Turn power off for 15 seconds, and then turn on. If recoverable, then continue operation. if not discard product in shelfs and contact contact Technical Support. |
E-225 | Hardware or power failure . | Can continue with operation as long as a E-6A or E-6B does not occur. Check Power Cable. Call Technical Support |
