Troubleshooting the IP Address

Use these steps to determine if the control is displaying on the network.

Verifying IP Address

  1. Verify the settings by navigating to: Menu > Advanced > Network Setup > Network Information.

  2. Setup Menu

  3. Review the Current Network Setup:

    • F5 IP address: [ex., 192.168.68.57] IP address assigned to the control (appliance) during production displays.

  4. If the address isn't displaying, do the following:

    • Remove and re-seat the dongle.

    • Reboot the control.

    • Replace the control and dongle.
