Replacing The BIB

Control displays “BIB IS LOW” and an alarm sounds.

  1. Open right door, pull BIB from unit, and pull cap from BIB top.

  2. Discard empty BIB, and replace with full one.

Filling Oil Reservoir

Control displays “BIB IS LOW” and an alarm sounds.

  1. Open door and pull reservoir forward and remove reservoir cover.

  2. Place reservoir cover on bracket on door.

  3. Pour oil into reservoir up to fill lines and then replace cover and push reservoir back into position.

Removing/Cleaning Reservoir

  1. Open door and pull reservoir forward.

  2. Slide reservoir to the left and lift from fryer.

  3. Clean reservoir at a sink with soap and water.

NOTE: Before placing the reservoir back into position, lubricate the O-rings on the filter tube with cold oil. Check O-rings for tears or nicks and replace if necessary. To replace O-ring, use a small, flat-bladed screwdriver, pry upon the O-ring and pull off of end of tube.
