Performing the Daily Fryer Precheck

To help eliminate interruptions during your business day, perform this daily precheck before turning on the fryer:

  1. Remove and store optional night covers.

  2. Ensure the oil level is at the correct level in each vat.

  3. Check the oil level in the JIB. Replace the JIB if it is empty.

  4. Ensure the drain pan is clean, dry and has been properly assembled with a new filter pad.
