To avoid equipment damage, do not clean stainless steel with abrasive tools, abrasive cleaners or corrosive chemicals.

To avoid product damage, avoid water in the motor compartment.

1. Remove hopper and hopper stand from unit.

2. Disassemble end caps, blade assembly, and cylinder assembly from drum. All of these items can be taken to a sink for easy cleaning.

3. Clean base of unit with a soft cloth and soapy water.
