The Three Lane Timer has four distinct operational modes and can be changed at the operator’s discretion.
| Description | Function |
|---|---|
| Idle Modes | Once the Three Lane Timer is turned on, it will start up in idle mode. The display will show what menu it is set up for in this mode. |
Breakfast Menu
| Breakfast timer is set for breakfast potato items. |
Lunch Menu
| Lunch menu is set for french fries. |
Dual Serve
| Dual Serve is used for both breakfast and lunch. The Lane 1 timer may be set for breakfast while the Lane 2 & 3 timers are set for French Fries. The Lane settings will depend on the store layout. |
Par Cook
| Par Cook menu is a special mode for pre cooking items. |
Press and hold any timer button next to a display for approximately 15 seconds.
The left display will read “SLCT” and will light up green. - The middle display will show the current menu. - The right display will read “EXIT” and will light red.
Using the middle timer button, press until desired menu shows in display.
Press the timer button next to “SLCT” display to confirm your menu option.
The timer will return to idle mode with the new menu options.
