Accessing Filter, Info, and Temp Button Statistics
If no buttons are pressed within 5 seconds in any of stats modes, the controls revert back to normal operation.
Info Button Statistics
Recovery Information for each Vat |
Press and release Info button and REC displays on the left and the recovery time that oil temperature went from 250° F (121° C) to 300°F (149° C) displays on the right. For example, REC 1:05 means it took 1 minute and 5 seconds for the oil temperature to recover to 300° F (149° C) from 250° F (121° C). |
Selected Languages |
Press and release Info button twice and primary language shows in the left display and secondary language shows in the right display. Press the Confirm button under either language to switch unit operation to that language. |
Filter Button Statistics
Cook Cycles Remaining before Filtering |
Press and release either Filter button and “COOKS REMAIN” displays on the left and the number of cook cycles before the next filter notification displays on the right. For example, REMAIN 3 6 means after 3 more cook cycles on left vat, controls ask the operator if they are ready to filter or not. But, 6 more cook cycles remain on the right vat. |
Time and Date |
Press either Filter button twice and the time-of-day and date of the most recent filter activity displays. |
Filter Pad Usage |
Press either Filter button three times and the number of hours the current filter pad has been used shows in the display. |
Temp Button Statistics
Actual Oil Temperature |
Press the Temperature button and the actual oil temperature displays for each vat. |
Set-point Temperature |
Press the Temperature button twice and SP displays, along with the setpoint (preset) temperature of each vat. |
