Information Mode
This mode gathers and stores historic information on the fryer and operator’s performance.
Accessing Information Mode
-
Press and hold Info button for 3 seconds, until *INFO* *MODE*” displays.

Press the Up or Down arrow buttons to access the steps and press the Confirm button to view the statistics within each step.
Press the Cancel button to exit from the Information Mode.
This mode includes the following information:
FILTER STATS
This is filtering information for the last 7 days.
Press the Confirm button to select Filter Stats and then press the Left and Right arrow buttons to select the day you want to view the stats. Then press the Up or Down buttons to view the following stats:

“FILTERED” = Number of times filtered

“FLT BPSD” = Number of times filtering was skipped
-
“FLT AVG” = Average number of cook cycles between filters
REVIEW USAGE
This is information accumulated since the last time this data was manually reset.
Press the Confirm button to select Review Usage and press the Up or Down arrow buttons to view the following:

Press the Confirm button to select Last Load (ex: -P1- = Product 1; ”L1” = left, 1st product) and press the Up or Down arrow buttons to view the following:
