Changing the Advanced Product Settings

  • Use the Up arrow button to go back to previous menu items.

  • Press the Cancel button when finished with the current product, to return to the PRODUCT SELECTN step.

  • Press the Cancel button a second time to exit PROD COMP mode.

  1. Press and hold the Temp and Info buttons until LEVEL - 2 displays, followed by ENTER CODE.

  2. Using the first 4 product buttons, enter code 1, 2, 3, 4. “PROD” and “COMP” displays.

  3. Press the right Confirm button and ‘SELECT PRODUCT’ and “-P 1-” displays.

  4. Use the left and right arrow buttons to scroll through the 40 products, or press the desired product button.

  5. Press right the Confirm button and the product (ex: NUGGETS) displays on the left and “MODIFY” “YES NO” displays on the right. Press the the Confirm button to change this product, or press the the Cancel button to choose another product.

  6. If the Confirm button was pressed, “LD COMP” displays along with the load compensation value. This automatically adjusts the time to account for the size and temperature of the cooking load. Press the product buttons to change this value of 0 to 20.

  7. Press the Down arrow button until “LCMP REF” displays along with the load compensation average temperature. (if load compensation is set to “OFF”, then “_ _ _” displays and setting cannot be programmed.) This is the average cooking temperature for each product. The timer speeds up at temperatures above this setting and slows down at temperatures below this setting. Press the product buttons to change this value.

  8. Press the Down arrow button until “FULL HT” displays along with the full heat value in seconds, which means the heat is on as soon as a timer button is pressed, for the programmed length of time. Press the product buttons to change this value of 0 to 90 seconds.

  9. Press the Down arrow button until “PC FACTOR” displays along with the proportional temperature, which helps to keep the oil from over-shooting the setpoint temperature. Press the product buttons to change this value of 0 to 50 degrees.
