Cleaning the Basket Rest

The basket rest, on the rear shroud of the fryer, should be removed and cleaned periodically.

Burn Risk To avoid burns, use PPE when removing the basket rest.

1. Grasp the basket rest with 2 hands and pull it off the “key-ways”.

2. Take it to a sink and clean it with soap and water. Dry thoroughly.

3. Clean the area behind the basket rest and then reinstall the basket rest.
