Assembling the ODS 400

Take care when moving the shuttle components to prevent personal injury. The shuttle weighs:

  • 78 lbs (35 kg).

Remove these parts and discard. They are not used.

  1. Using nuts and bolts provided, attach handle to shuttle.

  2. Clean the threads, and then apply thread tape or sealant to connections.

  3. Attach the pump handle to the pump.

  4. Slide pump and tube assembly through square tubes on bracket and secure with thumbscrew.

  5. Apply pipe sealant or thread tape to threads of pipe fitting and attach hose assembly to top of pump.

  6. Locate filter hose holder and slide holder into holder bracket and then slide the filter hose assembly into holder.

  7. Hang the pressure fryer “funnel” on handle.
