Discarding Oil Using Front Dispose

Use the following instructions to safely dispose of the oil using the front oil disposal system.

Burn Risk

To avoid burns, use PPE when handling filter pan or filter pan lid.

Burn Risk

Do not attempt this procedure while the fryer is in use or the vat is hot. Severe burns may result. Only perform this procedure when the fryer is cool and disconnected from the power source.

Slipping Hazard

To avoid personal injury, do not exceed filter pan capacity. To avoid overfilling the filter pan, drain only 1 vat at a time. Make sure the floor area around equipment is completely clean and dry to avoid slip risks.

  1. Turn on the main power switch (1).

  2. Turn the drain handle (3) from left to right position. The oil drains into the drain pan.

  3. Turn the dispose handle (4) to the open position.

  4. Insert the oil hose male connector (5) into the female connector on the fryer. This is a C-type self-locking quick connector. Make sure it is firmly attached.

  5. Hold the plastic handle on the other end of the oil hose and insert oil outlet into waste oil container.

  6. Press the dispose switch (2) to start oil disposal. Hold the switch until disposal is complete. This takes approximately 100 seconds for a full vat of oil.

  7. Once disposal is complete, turn the dispose handle (4) back to the closed position and turn the drain handle (3) back to the left position.

  8. Detach the male connector (5) from the fryer.

  9. Lift the hose to allow remaining oil in hose to drain into disposal container.

  10. Clean and store the oil hose for the next use.

  11. Dispose of oil when oil temperature drops to a safe level.
