Selecting the Location
This fryer must be installed and used in a way that water does not contact the oil which can cause splashing and boiling over of oil and steam leading to personal injury; excludes normal product moisture. Burn risk! Do not move the fryer or filter drain pan while containing hot oil. Personal injury or serious burns can result from splashing hot oil. |
Fire Hazard To avoid personal injury and fire: install appliance with minimum clearances described in manual; do not spray aerosols near appliance while in use. Install the open fryer with minimum clearance from all combustible materials. NOTE: Side clearance dimensions are a recommendation for best performance, ease of use, and accessibility. However, no side clearance is required if more than one fryer is side by side. |
The proper location of the unit is very important for operation and convenience. Choose a location which will provide easy loading and unloading without interfering with the final assembly of food orders.

For proper operation, level the rotisserie from side to side and front to back. This will ensure proper door operation.
