Stacking Single Power Cord Units
This fryer must be installed and used in a way that water does not contact the oil which can cause splashing and boiling over of oil and steam leading to personal injury; excludes normal product moisture. Burn risk! Do not move the fryer or filter drain pan while containing hot oil. Personal injury or serious burns can result from splashing hot oil. |

Lay unit on its side and bolt locking casters or legs, to the control side of unit.

Using the bolts provided for the non-locking casters, or legs, bolt both the stacking spacer (provided in the kit) and the non-locking caster, or legs, to the front side of the unit. The stacking spacer should extend out the front of the unit about three inches.

Carefully lift the rotisserie and place it on top of the display, or bottom rotisserie, with the controls on the same side.

Remove the control side, side panels from both units.

Route the power cord inside of the SCD as shown.

Thread the SCD power cord up through both units, using the hole in the center, top of the SCD.

Using a flat-head screwdriver, mount the power cord wires to the contactor terminals.

Replace side panels, mounting the stacking brackets to each side of the units as shown using the screws removed in step 4.
Unit is now ready for use.
