Info Mode Menu Overview

NOTE: An alternate way to access Info Mode is to press and hold the Menu and Info buttons simultaneously until =INFO MODE= flashes on the display.

To access the information menu from the Main menu, press the 2. INFO MODE button.

Menu Item

Function

E-Log (Error Log Codes)

Displays the history of the previous 25 error codes starting with the most recent code first. Codes includes the date and time that the error occurred.

Last Load

Displays information about the most recent cook cycle, including total cook time, early stops, if timer is left beeping too long and min./max./avg. temperatures.

Daily Stat (Statistics)

Displays operating statistics for each of the past seven days, including hours on, cook cycles, number of filters, etc.

Today
(Statistics)

Displays operating statistics for the current day, including hours on, cook cycles, number of filters, heating performance, etc.
Prev Select Day
(Previous 7 Days)
Displays operating statistics for each of the previous 7 days, one week before today. Select a day of the week using the number buttons. For example, if today is TUES, the TUES data is from one week ago, not from today.

Prev7 TOT
(Sum of Previous 7 Days)

Displays the summation of the operating statistics for the previous 7 days of operation, NOT including today.

Review Usage

Displays ongoing accumulations of operating statistics, which continues to accumulate until a manual reset is performed. To reset (requires pass- word), navigate to the bottom of the list.

This Oil
(Statistics)

Displays a summary of operating statistics for the current batch of oil, NOT including today.

When a dispose or clean-out operation or both are performed, the oil statistics are copied to the Prev Oil statistics and then This Oil statistics are reset.

Prev Oil
(Statistics)

Displays the operating statistics accumulated during the previous batch of oi.

When a dispose or clean-out operation or both are performed, the accumulated oil statistics are copied to the Prev Oil Stats record.

Activity Log

Displays history of Activity Log events as:

  • On/Off

  • Start/Stop Cook

  • Filter

  • Pan Removed or Replaced

CPU Info (Information)

Displays live temperature reading for the CPU (controller), software version, and software part number.

Temperatures

Displays live readings for main oil, level probe, and the bottom of vat temperature.

Temps Displays live temperature readings for Main oil probe, Level probe, and Aux (second main probe) temperature.

(Bulk Oil) In- puts-3

  • ✓ - Signal present

  • DTF - Discard Tank Full

  • FULL - Discard tank is full and cannot dispose to it

  • OK - Discard tank not full, okay to dispose

Pressure Inputs

Displays reading from the pressure transducer as:

  • OK - Safe to open lid (not under pressure)

  • PR - Lid under pressure, cannot open

  • No Pressure Inputs

Manifold Pressure

Displays pump pressure reading if optional transducer is installed in plumbing manifold as:

  • * - On

  • - - Off

otherwise displays NO SENSOR.

Fryer Outputs

  • * - On

  • - - Off

  • Pri - Primary Contactor

  • Ht - Heat (regulating) Contactor

  • Pr - Pressure Solenoid

  • BSV - Bulk Supply Valve (optional)

(Fryer) Outputs
  • * - On

  • - - Off

  • Pri - Primary Contactor

  • Ht/Ht1 - Main Heat (regulating) Contactor

  • Ht2 (Open Fryer only) - Heat Contractor for upper heaters

  • Pr (Pressure Fryer only) - Pressure Solenoid

AMPS
(Heater AMP Draws)

Displays heater on/off status and associated amp draws.

Open Fryer:

  • H2 - upper heater

  • H1 - lower heater

Pressure Fryer:

  • Ht - single heater with three amp readings

Drain Valve (Control) Status

  • Par - Partially open

  • Stp - Forced Stop

  • Opn - Fully Open

  • Cls - Fully Closed

  • ► - The current state of the drain valve

  • At - indicates the drain valve position

    • 0 - Fully Closed

    • 20+ - Fully Open

Selector Valve (Bulk Oil Fryers Only)

Displays in the lower right with the current port position as:

  • No Selector Valve - unit is not equipped with a Bulk Oil System

    Displays in the lower left with the activity of the valve as:

  • E=001 - Encoder Position

  • STPD - Stopped

  • FWD - Forward

  • REV - Reverse

Pump Outputs

  • * - On

  • - - Off

  • Fltr - Filter Pump

  • ATO - Top Off Pump

  • Bulk - Bulk oil Supply

Analog Inputs

Displays analog input readings directly from ADC chip displayed as volts and as ADC counts (bits). Use the up and down arrows to step through available inputs.

Memory (Status) Info (Information) (MEM INFO)

Displays the status and size of the controls internal microSD storage memory as:

  • ✓ - Memory OK

  • X - Memory problem

USB Drive Status (USB INFO)

If installed, displays the status and size of the USB flash drive as:

  • ✓ - Flash Drive OK

  • X - Flash Drive not present or drive error

  • hcc - 16 is normal if no USB drive is plugged in

Version
(Settings Version)
Displays the "version" of the cook settings currently in use. The date the settings were released will display as YYYYMMDD, along with a letter.

Ht1 Cycles
(Contactor Cycles)

Displays number of cycles on the heat contactor.

Fltr Info
(Filter Information)

Displays current filter coordination information and filter communications statistics.

ATO (Auto-Top- Off) Level

  • LVL - Levels:

    • FULL

    • LOW

    • Displays when an assessment is not possible

  • Delta - Displays the temperature difference between the main probe and the level probe.

  • Cnt - Count shows how many ATO pulses have been generated in the current top-off attempt.

ATO Level
(Auto-Top-Off Status)

  • LVL (Levels):

    • FULL

    • LOW

    • --- Displays when an assessment is not possible

  • Delta - Displays the temperature difference between the main probe and the level probe.

  • Dly - Delay shows the number of seconds before the next ATO pulse is allowed. Use the lower, right button to toggle to Cnt.

  • Cnt - Count shows how many ATO pulses have been generated in the current top-off attempt. Use the lower, right button to toggle to Dly.

OPS Radio

If OPS and QPM are enabled, displays the ZigBee radio status as:

  • ✓ - Good communication in past 15 seconds

  • - - No good message for 15 to 60 seconds

  • X - No good message for 60+ seconds Press the down arrow to view:

  • Join status

  • Channel number

  • PAN ID

  • Radio ID

  • Reset (un-join) button

Radio Info
(Wi-Fi Radio Status)

Displays information about the Wi-Fi radio, such as:

  • Radio Status

  • Wi-Fi Signal

  • IP Address

  • MAC Address

  • App Version

  • Root FS Version

  • RloT User Code

  • Reboot Radio
