Preparing for Operation

  1. Cut warning tags from lid assembly.

  2. Open the carrier by unlatching the lock.

  3. Remove the accessories from inside the filter drain pan.

  4. Remove the protective paper from the fryer cabinet.

  5. Clean exterior surfaces with a damp cloth.
